• It's a vinyl film that looks like real carbon fiber but is less expensive and more versatile. The film can be applied to any smooth curved or flat surface with ease. The 3D carbon fiber textured finish allow for light better then real carbon fiber.
• Re-position able vinyl with adhesive technology allows for dry application over the most challenging surfaces.
• 3D textured carbon fiber vinyl film can be used on gas tank cover, wheels, dashboards, hood, helmets, body works and any other object to give an appearance of 3D textured carbon fiber.
• Needs to be applied dry and can be re lifted, repositioned and stretched before going over with a squeegee.
• Can be laid down around compound curves, rivets & corrugation.

Correct, no water. The #94 primer should be used at least around the edges and on curves like mirrors or edge of trunk lid.

So does this mean you will cease to carry the Di-NOC CF Vinyl? I am yet to see any "Galant" install pictures of the Di-NOC, which is why I've held off on purchasing. If this 3DMax is truly better, I will purchase this.

Hopefully we'll get some install pictures of either soon.

I talked to him via MSN, he said he prefers this stuff to the Di-NOC, because the quality is the same, but this stuff looks more realistic. I'll post pics of my install at the end of this month, if nobody posts any sooner.

Quick question: would regular super glue work for holding this stuff down around corners? For example if I just left a bit extra and tucked it onto the back of the piece I was wrapping (like you would fabric) and put some superglue under it, would it hold? Cheaper solution than buying the primer.
