well hmmmm maybe I'll just leave it in for the time being. When I swap in a MT ECU, I will be able to use it, correct?

so the paint on my grill finally cracked. So I decided to recoat it with some Plastidip and to paint the radiator support

oh and I didn't paint the lower/whole radiator support because I couldn't get the damn bumper off... stupid plastic screws

looks way better! And the bumper comes off with 6 bolts ;) 2 under each fender and 2 behind the grille on the radiator support.

what?! that's what I thought but then I saw all the plastic screws and they just wouldn't budge. So I don't even have to touch those plastic screws to remove it? If so, I'm removing the bumper and painting the entire rad support this weekend. I hate the rusty white behind the lower grill. Oh and I still have the PS cooling hose stuck behind the bumper

wait so I do or don't have to take out those plastic screws? There's like 6-8 on top of the bumper, then there are two underneath where the bottom opening is. I tried taking one of those out and it unscrewed like 1/2 turn then it just started stripping so I was like F*** This! haha

you don't have to mess with the plastic screws on top. They stay attached to the bumper support.

ahhh I just looked again and the plastic screws on the bottom attach to the crash bar.. and those were the ones where I gave up lol. Awkward position to unscrew them behind the lower grill. I'm just gonna forget painting the lower radiator support for the time being haha

you just need to remove the two bolts in the grille area, and 2 bolts that bolt to the fender on each side and it'll pop off along with the bumper cover bracket.

here's a pic of the supposed Galant Cyber (dunno if 1 or 2) skirts. They are wayy too big and hopefully the company that sold them will take them back tomorrow. They are definitely not Galant skirts, as I looked at other people's skirts and the shape is somewhat different. Not to mention that fact that these skirts BLOCK the door and are over 8 inches too long. There's no way a mold could be that messed up.

I'll have pics of my engine bay tomorrow :)

I don't think I'm going to go the full Cyber route. I just picked up the same skirts that VegasMatt has, and I kind of want a cleaner, more OEM look

on another note, got myself some goodies over the MOD weekend:

another 3G GT strut tower bar
    rear window visor
    side skirts
and of course some MOD T-shirts and free goodies

For anyone wondering, I'm not sure what visor this is. I bought the last one from the place and it wasn't in the greatest condition. I know for sure that Sponcar had this visor on his 8G. This visor isn't the same "JDM" visor that's on ebay, and it's nowhere near close to the EGR. This thing has some thickness to it.

yea I like it a lot, but it's going to take quite a bit of work to get it in tip top shape again
