Oh, I also flushed the transmission at the dealership.
Here's the deal. My galant has a vibration issue at 60+. The steering wheel shakes and it's driving me crazy.
Here's the work I've done to try and fix the problem, its been to the dealer and various shops.
4 New Rotors/Pads
4 New Tires
2 Alignments
Front Left/Right Axles Replaced
2 Used Rims
Still shakes, 60+
 I can't take it anymore.

All I could think of is getting an all wheel alignment + wheel balance.
even if you have new tires. Make sure the person who is doing the job knows how to do it right. Good Luck.

Yep, I noticed you hadn't had your wheels balanced in your list. Make sure you get that done, and when you get an alignment, make sure it's a 4 wheel alignment. Short of that, like Allan said, you may have previous accident damage. Could be tie rods, etc.

Yup forgot to put that on the list, I definitely got the wheels balanced when I got the new tires. I also got them rebalanced when I put the 2 used rims on.
Make sure that the weights used for balancing are still on there
Some tyre shops use a sticky pad to put the weights on and these can fall off
There is one other possibility that hasn't been mentioned yet. The rims could be slightly warped (pot holes, hitting a curb, etc.). Although balancing should take care of this most places only balance tires for speeds up to 60mph.
