7.1 is pretty big, how long did it last? i still remember our northridge quake in 1994, lived about 10 miles from the epicenter and our block wall collapsed... we had about $100K worth of damage to our house. hope u and ur family are ok.

I'm sorry about that. I was talking to a member in clubvr4.com because i'm trying to get the old style vr4 fog light covers and he told me about the earthquake.

Damn, I hope you are okay. Looks like falling debris did the most damage.

Yea, I'm okay, I live a bit further away from the epicenter of the quake, but it still hit pretty hard here too.

We were lucky that it was so early in the morning, otherwise there would have been far more injuries and deaths. So far only one report of someone dying has come through, it was from a heart attack brought on by the quake.

Lol, yea, I heard a crash in the garage during the second shock and though it fell off the axle stands, but it was just a set of rims falling over.

We were very, very lucky. Our house is fine and only one thing fell over, which was a book case, we still had water and power just after the quake, many did not.

We're still expecting a 6.0 Aftershock sometime this week as well.....

There have been lots of little tremors coming through, but they could continue for up to a week as well.
