Denso is the OEM....I think thats why its so expensive. But those prices are about standard actually. I too am wondering about wether or not I should change both O2 sensors or just the pre-cat sensor. The pre-cat is really the one that does the lion share of the emissions work so I would think that it is ok just to change that one...plus its the easiest to reach. Be sure to get one with the connector already on it. O2 sensors are not something that you should be splicing wires with. Some people do it and you can get it to work, but it will be a more accurate read of whats going on with the plug in tact.
