nice work, but not a fan at all

This is the first experience I've had with nite shades,I wasn't a fan either, but now that I see the results in person,I like.I used krylon fusion hammered finish on a Camry I had and it was ok,but the way the nite shades make the emblems look like black chrome really pleases me.I just can't stand having a car that looks like every other one on the road. That was at the junkyard after I drove it off the side of a mountain,'02 Camry 5-speed.

That was my old Camry.I was hustling down a wet mountain road, the rear tire(s) locked and around I went.Luckily I hit a tree before it started rolling down the side. That was 2 years ago,I wasn't hurt. That was just the best pic I had to demonstrate my experience painting my emblems. It was a cool car though, alot like my gf's 8G I've been working on.2.4L,made a few more hp thanks to VVT-i and one hell of a mean sound.Got some vids on youtube, user name babydaddy1234.Gonna post vids of the G when it stops raining.

Dude, that's badass. And glad you didn't get hurt lol.

Speaking of which, just out of interest, what happened to the Camry after that?

    It was a total loss.

Ouch. Glad to hear everyone was OK. I'm surprised the car fared so well, though!

I've had 4 different gens of Camrys and been in an accident with all but the 4th gen(2000 v6)that I gave my ex-wife.They are great cars.I'm in the market for a new car now,I was giving consideration to an 8g Galant (2002 or 2003)and doing the 5-speed swap.I did find a freakin sweet IS300 in my price range though,we shall see...

The car was dirty under the license plate,so I just covered it up.Thats not a cut, when I first put the exhaust together,I used a cheap-o clamp on slant cut tip and mounted it too close to the bumper and burned it,a lil paint and it wouldn't be noticeable. As for the crease, well,it does look shitty.I'm ballin on a budget here,if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.
