My car is being stupid...

its not starting right away, its kinda like its wants to start but its like ummmmm.......ok now....., andwhen i go to get out of the car and put the windows up the radio turns off.... whats wrong... also i just replaced a defective battery about a year ago so the battery is still under warranty... and the dealership service department isnt answering today.... please help

How do u mean kinda does it have juice, you could try checkin into the starter.

yeah it has juice but its like you turn the key and it starts like 10 seconds later...
