Cam Gear setting???

Can one of the vet. members of TGC help me out please.
I desperately need to know what to set my AEM cam gear to. I need to know what degrees it should be retarded. The cam gear reads:
A R
10 5 0 5 10
2 degrees crank


I need to know what our stock setting is and what I should retard the cam gear to safely.
Duke or Craig or anyone else that knows their shit can you guys PLEASE for the love of GOD help me out.

keep it at zero. then when you have the money, slap your car on a dyno and get that cam gear tuned. each car will have to be set individually for maximum output from the mod.
