    So why it lopes at idle?

    That would probably be due to the fact that he runs speed density and isnt tuned.

    yea no tune is why it runs like that. car is in pieces again, no motor no trans no wiring harness and just chilling on jack stands. Fun Fun.

    the GS cluster goes to 160. The JDM cluster goes to 9k
    Thats the route I would try to go if I were you.

    Oh lol didn't want the speedo just for the 160 I remeber reading that o getg the tach working yu have to use a dsm tach so rob had one laying around going to makeit fit in

    Got a tune date planed which will make me work on this thing a little bit,
    Planned right now
    forged pistons with hbeams rods (should have done this in the first place) going to do manly pistons and eagle rods
    272 282 combo BC cams
    Twin walbro 255 fuel pump setup
    Stainless steal 8an fuel lines with adjustable fpr
    1300cc injectors
    100 shot zex kit
    Cuzco rear diff
    Evo 3 first gear
    Quafe front lsd
    Fix oil leak from the front cover
    3000gt brake setup
    And wrap up all misc crap

    Yes I have been thinking all winter on what I actually want ou of the car and this is what I'm going to do, awd setup, tuned on e85 plus nitrous, and have one of or the fastest 7g on record hoping to break 10's!

    probably 9.0:1 for compression ratio maybe just stock 9.5:1 dont want to go to low then you loose your low end power and really have no power without boost.

    well the JDM tach works with the coil pack ignition signal. Same as the GS. Same as the 2g.
    I would imagine that it would cover what you are trying to accomplish, as well as being plug and play.
