yeah I'm not going to do it soon. I'm leaving for college in like 4 days so it's going to have to wait. I do have those side skirts sitting in my closet though :) and hopefully some day I might pick up that Legnum rear lip that I told you about

so it sits lower then the bumper under the fogs by what about 2 inches the same as the mugen lip correct? how low does it hang under the bumper at the middle section beneath that lower grill? cuz the mugen is the same height around while this one is narrower in the middle but by how much.

I do kinda like the idea of mounting it higher and cutting into the bumper for those holes like a vr4 look.

needs more low, although from the pictures I don't think you need side skirts due to the fact that the lip seems to line up with the OEM sides, and anything you add will make the side of the car look lower, maybe I'm just crazy, although I do like the idea of black skirts if you go with that.

    saving up for coilovers :]
and I already have some skirts sitting in my closet. They're the kind that VegasMatt has, so they're not super low/aggressive looking

The middle section sits about 1 or 2 inches below the bottom front of the bumper. In the rear it kind of slopes up. I would say the "scoops" are maybe 2-3 inches lower, and the sides are pretty much flush with the bottom

so it sits about the same height as the mugen. being polyeurthane it as a bit of flex to it. so if you hit something at around 10-20mph it shouldnt bust. because it looks fairly plyable

my mugen lip was molded on and it is currently 75% missing from hitting random things. Ive been looking at a replacement and this might be it.

yeah, this thing was actually hard to cut sometimes since it was flexing so much. You could almost twist it like all the way around

thats good to hear, because i need something that can take a beating. I take some inclines to fast sometimes and would scrap the lip, it then started to crack and just fall off. I just need to slow down a bit.

Looks great! I say rock the black front lip til you get the money to paint the lip, skirts, & rear lip, then paint them body color. Or you could uave Cali wrap them in CF...

Installed my HIDs today. Holy Visibility Batman! haha
and I absolutely love my CF hood. I thought I would be a color-matched kind of guy.. but I guess not. The CF patterns looks awesome in the light.

    just an update:
I've spent enough on visual mods for the time being. Now is when I start transitioning back into performance. Today I ordered the Tactrix 2.0 so I can run the Diamante injectors (finally). We still have a couple months until summer, but I'm already excited for it.

Before this point I was scared to even look at EcuFlash as I knew nothing about coding. After this quarter's classes, I understand more about coding (though it might not exactly be relevant to this). In general though, I've learned a lot. I only worked with Matlab (if any of you know what that is) whereas all this stuff is hexadecimal. But I'll figure it out.

Anyway, for better updates regarding the performance side of this car, click on my sig and it'll take you to Galant Tuners.
