    they most likely won't pay for cart damages. We have signs up everywhere that says "please put your cars here, we are NOT responcible for any damages due to cart"

    when i managed at target they did, had this happen to a number of customers and corporate took care of the customer no problem, of course they reviewed tape to confirm claim
