Nice purchase! You know whats funny? They did the same thing to me. I had to deal with customer support for over a month to get my Mitsu adapter. Best results were via email.

^ Nice. That packaging is quite official vs the priority mail box of old times.
you got a nice box with yours, mine came in a plain ole box. yea you have to pay for adpt but get it for $7 if you buy together..
yeah the box is quite nice lol. It's a little squished because they sent it in a padded Fedex envelope, but whatever.
Matt, I emailed them earlier today and got a response within an hour an and half saying they would should out the Mitsubishi adapter today. I should receive it within 2-3 business days. I guess they just like email a lot better? lol
oh btw the adapter was an additional $10 to the actual Tactrix 2.0 "cable" itself. It was supposed to come bundled together as a package since I paid that $10 but I guess they forgot.
Check out the back of the box. Very official!! lol

it lets me plug into the ECU so I can mess with the tuning (fuel trims, fuel injector scaling, etc.)
I didn't even know the 2 can log directly to an SD card, that's sweet!
all right wiring guru's, this is for you:
I bought this AEM wideband controller and gauge from Galantfan88 awhile back. In fact I think I bought it last May (brother bought it for my birthday).
This model seems to be really old so I can't find any manuals on it or anything, or any tutorials. The way the wiring is set up is not the same as the new ones out there.
As you can see from this thread, here, the newer controller is integrated into the gauge itself and it comes with a nice, neat wiring harness. My kit has them separate.
Now, onto my controller. Here is everything that I received from Galantfan88. I don't know why he sent me two controllers and two wideband sensors, but he did. Note that wiring on the left is the same, but is in a different location. ie the O2 sensor wiring is on the bottom, and the gauge wiring on top, whereass the set on the right is just the opposite. I'm going to be using the set on the right as it is cleaner and the pigtails aren't broken.
This is the set on the right:
Here is the wiring on the controller that will end up going to the gauge:
1. orange
2. white
3. brown
4. red
5. black
I'm going to assume that red and black or power obviously.
Now the gauge. The gauge doesn't actually have a connector to attach to the controller, just what appears to be corresponding wires.
the wires are:
orange
brown
white
blue
red
black
Again, I'm assuming red and black are for power. Based on the thread posted above, I'm assuming the white and blue are for datalogging purposes. This leaves me to wonder though.. what connects to the white wire from the controller?
oh wow, finally found the part number of the controller: 30-2301
so this obviously helped me find some resources. I believe these are the instructions for the gauge that I have:
http://www.jestrtuning.com/temp/30-4xxx-uego-gauges.pdf
the instructions for the controller itself can be found here:
http://www.galanttuners.com/index.ph...2.0;attach=182
thanks to Jimmy for his help!
I sent two bc Im not only a nice guy but also respect my TGC family here...had two of them and said, Oooo what the hell and placed both of them in there.lol I always have two of everything have. Even turbo timers...I have two of them.lol I had two turbos, I like to be prepaired.lol
Sorry I didnt get back to you with the wires, it completely slipped my mind but my friend was the one that worked with these and I have no clue how the wires go. If you didnt figure out yet, I can try to figure out also and help you there.
