    u gotta trim the "nose" bracket and the sides of the crashbar, remove the foam, and it should install just like any other bumper

    ^ you have to cut the crash bar in half length wise, and get rid off that bottom have, and trim those weird ends off. Basically all you want left of the crash bar is the mounting brackets, and the top half of the bar.

    I have two 99's now that I needed to modify the rear crash bar. Both needed some major trimming. Not sure why you guys didn't, kind of jealous lol.
