Nothing on drivers door works!

The lock will not lock the window will not go down and the speaker doesnt work. What is up with this. The switch will lock and unlock all other doors but not the drivers one. The window is already being taken care of I hope. But the speaker is plugged in and not blown, I have thought that there may be a wire loose somewhere but have clue where to start looking. I have pulled out the stereo and hooked up the speaker to another channel and still get nothing so I am not sure what could be wrong. Anyhelp on either of these problems would be greatly appreciated. maybe something got cut off or disconnected in the car soemwhere, maybe a fuse?

i highly doubt it s a fuse it sounds more like the harness came unplugged if you look in the crack of your door when its open where the rubber boot is with all the wires going into it in side of that theres a harness that plugs into the door you might want to check that BUT warning irs a bitch to get that rubber boot back on!..
