More vids should come tonight after dinner. Got everything working good setup a nice sd table after work took me a couple hours to understand everything but i got it running REALLY Good not at 10lbs of boost.
Its getting PLATES YES PLATES tomorrow after work!

Long weekend, Car was running good. Alternator Died leaving my girlfriend and i to push the car home on our way back from the auto parts store. New alternator put in, new plugs put in TWICE, new oil filter, and got my exhaust put up.
Well Saturday night we got the car out and i took 00galantguy for a rid in it just some 60/80 pulls, I've got a decent sd tabled on it now that i made its not perfect but is by far better then what i had before. Did a couple 3/4th gear pulls 10lbs of boost. Turn around and do one last pull, POOOF a big cloud of smoke from behind the car! Thinking that i blew the engine i drive it nice home and pull it into the garage.
Had plans Saturday night so i just parked it and was going to work on it in the am. Well Sunday came and my already annoyed girlfriend was going to be more mad if i went out there all day again for the 5th day in a row working one the car. So i decided to spend time with here instead.
Monday pulled the car apart, thinking that the head lifted or something bad happened pulled the head off and noticed NOTHING WRONG! I had another head gasket laying around, Got some new head bolts copper sprayed the head gasket and put it all back together. Got to reading online and found out that you have to have a check valve before the PCV, so got to work yesterday and had the maintenance guy find me one. It should be here tomorrow.
Was working really had pulling it apart and putting it all back together i didn't really take pics of the car i just wanted to get it back in running condition asap.
But i did do a small project today,
this is what my valve cover looked like i tried to match the color to my ksports but, meh i wasn't really feeling how it looked.
Took it to work with me today sand blasted it and sprayed a metal flake silver base after some primer.
I missed how the red looked under the hood so i re sprayed it mitsu red with the letters masked off the silver would outline all the letters.
This is how it looks on the car, with my cf cover. I got one more thing im going to do to a different valve cover too, which will be a fun project. Going to do one for Voodoo and myself, probably do his next week.
If you are ever thinking of sandblasting a valve cover be ready to do a TON of cleaning, we have air hoses at work and getting the sand out off all the valley's took a really long time even with a high pressure acetone bath it still was a pain.

You have the worst luck with that car...... I love my galant but i think i would have given up by now LOL
your engine didnt blow...lol. your high throttle tune sucks. either flooded the engine or blew the spark.
do you have a boost controller?
well my sd tables are being setup as we speak now i jumped on the dsm irc where scott gray hangs out he has all my logs and will have me a good tune by this weekend, this is the same guy who does voodoo's tuning.
Yes i have a hks evc5 set at 10lbs of boost soon to be 17

Wow did it really is your actuator and everything working properly,Was that a used turbo or a new one?

Brand New pte sc6076 that will be on rebuild number 2 now. Im going to ask them to give me a different turbo this on is cursed.

Yeah it seems it,everything is working though and not causing it to happen
either oil pressure too high or oil return too small
