I can
#1 Cody knows his shit when is comes to dope stuff, wheels and suspension.
#2 koni makes world class shocks. the ebay GC you see are junk but legit GC paired with a shortened koni shock is better than most any coilover kit.
Thunderbolt FTMFW. I finally got 4g here in colorado and effing love it now
Look around H-T. Any time people bring up:
KSport
BC
Tein Basics
Megan
D2
Function Form
Omni Power
hell even JIC's
People who know what they're talking about will say Koni/GC > those.
If you're concerned about the GC's get the Koni sleeves and buy some Hyperco (or Swift) springs seperately.
Correct. I've heard the GC's will rust, that's why I recommend the Koni sleeve/Hyperco or Swift (and those are the two best springs on the planet)
But you're in TX, I wouldn't be too worried.
Junk.
With the sleeves, you get height adjustability. Take that to a performance shop. Have them corner balance it and give it a race alignment. Experience driving bliss.
