I didnt mess with the part you put the key in i just took the cover on the steering wheel off to see what was going on with it.I didnt really want to mess up more then it was already.I cant really drive right now anyway because of the rack and pinion i dont want to screw up the power steering pump because of running it dry.I fill it up and it leaks right back out.I drove a little and the power steering pump was screaming from having no fluid.

Yeah you dont even want to know what the cost of the rack and pinion is at the dealer.It costs $1,596 at the dealer because it is a gs.Thank god i found a used one.

Yeah i am glad i was able to find a used one since the gs galants are rare.Sometimes i hate having a rare car but at the same time i love it.

Yeah i did they werent that bad on the price but i dont know about getting something like that from them because it is electronic and stuff.Plus i want to try and save some money for the next plans that i have.The used one i found is for a gs and it even has a warranty on it.I also need a new ignition to so it will be getting a lot of money put in to it.Especially when i get done with it.

I think the reverse sensor on the 5 speed is bad or i didnt conect the wires good enough.

that would actually be nice because sometimes I just roll backwards in neutral lol. Or I'll start off backing up in reverse, and then have to go to neutral but still need to back up a little.

On my old car, I had accidently put a rip in the rack and pinion boot. I just silicon-ed it and drove it the next day. Lasted til I needed new tie rod ends like 40k miles later lol.
