the 380 has the non Mivec 6G75 out of the GTS, however if it has some differences in the fuel delivery for emissions if memory serves me right.
When it comes down to the frame and brakes... I don't know.
I'd like to think it has the same auto tranny in our 9G ralliarts, it also comes in a 5 Speed manual, meaning it's different from the 4G eclipse (it's a 6 speed).
It's the aussy version.

IIRC, the 380 meets EURO4 standards, I have no idea where is our 9G is on this.
What are you tying to do? There are lot of differences that might be completely irrelevant to you, like a Bosch ECU, or the cams and a bunch of other "small" things, but basically it's the Aussie version of our 9G.
I hate to cite wiki, but wth: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitsubishi_380
380?
I own six of them, including two supercharged versions.
I have also completely disassembled one of them that was wrecked, into boxes of nuts and bolts.
It is almost identical to the 9G except for the steering wheel is on the right and the main ECU is a Bosch.
If you need any info ...just ask....
It is running perfectly, I took it on a non stop 4000k reliability trial a week after i got it all re-tuned.
Dynoed at 196kw at the wheels, larger 7th injector fitted.
Melb-adelaide-broken hill-mildura-canberra-sydney-melb-geelong.
It's a perfect build, it ran and still does without any violence or bad manners.
I am absolutely delighted with the engine at this stage.
Just got a quote for full ECU replacement and twin turbo, custom headers, full twin exhausts...etc
It's in the GT which is also on LPG (butane).
The GT has the Quaife Limited slip differential modification that I pioneered, so it seemed like the logical choice....any other of my cars would just torque steer all over the place with the power I expect shortly.
They are used to me and my crazy ideas...
They said they were presented with a fully closed engine, they allowed 3 days for the job and it was done in one day.
The only issue they had was that the sprintex supplied smaller pulley didn't fit,(series 3 pulley, and I have series 5)
Am having two custom pulleys fabricated this week....10 and 12 psi.
That will be the extent of my pursuit in the supercharger boost stakes.
If it doesn't satisfy my requirements I will move to a different solution.
The AWD K-frame has been held up by the steering tie rods needed re-work, the K-frame needed a hoop fabrication and the rollover engine mount needed complete re-design.
Monday...(tomorrow is the next key date)

tail lights we could send across for you boys. but 1. they would require some mods to fit as or signals are in the side panel where you guys have reflectors, and one of the big ovals is dedicated solely to reverse lights. there is common disatisfaction with the 380 gt/vrx taillight setup being that in the sun the signals are particularly difficult to see.
the base model 380 ones look plain ugly :P
on topic of headlights... bonnet would need to be changed also google an image of the 380 vs a 9gen. they have subtley different shaped headlights. yours are more square...
