has anyone other then me had some problems with there KYB AGX adjustable suspension? I had a problem with a rear shock and it took them a month to send another one out. when it got it wasn't a shock it was a strut with shock installation instructions. I have left a few messages with them but haven't gotten a response from them during business hours. Am I a fluke customer with just bad luck or has this happed to someone else before?

I got mine real quick when I ordered them a few months back
and they were installed the next day
they are fine
no problems here

I still haven't gotten a call back from them and I have left 4 more messages. WTF how can i go to school without a car.
