first i'd check all the bolts and stuff on your suspension and make sure thay are torque correctly.
then i'd head over to the intake. make sure that things are looking good. MAs is plugged in and clean. check the TB might need to be cleaned also.
i just install tein s tech springs on my 99 V6, and now my car shakes at idle, and the front end shakes even more when i accel, and when at idle my car changes for 800 to 1000 rpms at random, i didn't have any of these problems before the springs, i have 40K miles and a DS CIA Intake, thanks shaun

Shaun, it seems to be normal to feel a slight increase in vibration when idling after the car is lowered. I had the same thing, and that was before I put my solid motor mounts in. As far as the driving vibration, did you get a 4 wheel thrust alignment after you installed the springs? Pay particular attention to your camber on the rear. You may need to install a camber kit (just some long bolts with washers) to bring the camber back in to spec. The idle bouncing from 800-1000 sounds like a dirty throttle body or leaky intake connection. Just coincidental it occured at the same time the springs were installed
