    OK, it’s a wrap… we are done with the proto typing….
    We offer this to you as we did the 2G Stratus guys and the 3G Eclipse guys, please proceed and check out the links...

    Here’s the deal:
    Those of you following this long project, know what we are building, because you heard it from the horse mouth….

    You called or E mailed us and we told you what we intended to build.....It’s done.....Now, we need to know HOW MANY are ready to commit to our production "PERFECT header SET UP"!

    We propose:
    Full length over sized header tubing
    T304 Aircraft quality Stainless Steel
    3”collector flanging
    Dual High flow cats one for front bank and one for rear, with perfect O2 readings spots
    “X” piping for exhaust balancing
    3/8 flanges
    O2 sensor wires
    ALL hardware and gaskets included
    RIPP Quality control and service (second to none)
    Made in the USA by header genius

    $999.95 done deal! No group buy!
    The price "may" move if a seriouse volume is had...Our manufacturer is turning his attention away from the race cars and onto us...a 19year business for him... so he plays no games!

    But now, since these are the genuine article, we need $500 Upfront with a 2-3 week lead time… We‘ve got our header manufactures attention and he’s listening…(If you want something done right, you need to do it yourself) SO WE DID IT… these should not trip light like previous systems, NO RASP, no blown out gaskets, or non fitting units… These are RIPP quality controlled and designed units, NO OUTSIDE firms here…

    Production:
    We can make 10 and have them on back order...... or we can make 20, and sell them off properly…and take orders as needed..... or make 30 and do it right the first time…. Is there a need? I think so, We’ve sold 120 V6 SDS (Supercharger Drive Systems to date), the fastest and most powerful GT’s are RIPP powered, but most importantly, the most reliable FI cars are on our engine program… So you know that this design is based on data logging and flaws found in current header systems…. We want no such problems with our systems, and too make more reliable power, with greater quality and attention to detail.

    PICS will be available shortly, as well as more detail on power, but again these are not just simple air movers, like the shorty headers currently available, these are power makers, they are designed to be!

    We will no estimate HP, we never have and we never will. Our product has always done the talking for us, and this is no exception….

    So to reiterate, each piston gets it’s own pipe all the way down to the collector, they then merge and collect into a front high flow cat, with properly placed O2 sensors in and out, both sides of the engine have equal back pressure and heat scavenging. They are the real thing… no BS….

    To assure you get a piece you must Call and leave your name and contact info, you will be contacted for a deposit when we are 80% done with production, which, like our SDS program will guarantee you a set… NO BS….We have an outstanding customer service reputation, we would not jeopardize it for anything... We earned our good standing with 3G and this will bring it over the top.

    We welcome question but please don't ask:

    1) How much HP they make (They have not been tested as of yet, but you know we make more WHP than we advertise)
    2) How they sound, it's impossible to describe... they sound like a small block Chevy, because of the collectors...but with a Supra type "balls to the wall" whoosh, combined with the SC... Ecstasy!
    3) What we HP expect to make (every car is different)
    4) Sponsorship...(no room in price..yet)
    5) Group Buy discount...(not yet at least), lets see the commitment first, I can approach him with it....But....

    These headers are everything you have been promised before, but with the RIPP Modifications, Inc. pricing structure, they can easily be sold for $200-400 more ($1400). This as inexpensively as he will work…so lets be true to our word and make him see this order!

    Here is a current list of interested parties, I need to know, if you are interested for a deposit, to lock in the price, we have never been greedy, nor have we been money hungry, but, if you are interested, and can leave a $300-$500-full deposit, this will lock in volume for a first run.

    We want our guy to stay busy with our work, so we can get product in a timely fashion, if it works out, we will be building more than this header system.. But it remains to be seen.

    This list is tentative, there is no worry or charges or promises, it only represents a group of interested parties… If you are please voice your opinion… we need a clearer picture of the need and want…

    So you guys do have plans for the I4's right. I clicked on the link but it is not working. Once that is developed and if you can provide a estimate on a deposit so I can start saving and a estimat on final cost that would be great.

    I talked to Ross about this setup today and it seems the best way to go, especially with how the gases are collected. I was ready to buy them on the spot but I got to dump my RPW headers first.

    I have to get the methanol injection first for the blower, then I am def. going to take full advantage of these new headers.

    Well, I think I will get the SDS and these headers *eventually*. See, the problem is I am just going into college and have no $$$. So, in awhile, I will probably get them, but I can't any time soon. :cry:

    Hey guys, just thought you'd like to see what we have been up to, pics are now over in 3G and 2G I can only post a link, you can host them if you'd like.

    This goes with the pics:

    Here are PICS of the Proto type before the redesign in the cat section.... We felt we wanted a fully engineered piece before posting PICS, but I know you guys wanted to get a visual.....

    the PICS you see here are of a completed front section, but a concept rear section...the rear section IS NOT A FINISHED PIECE IT WAS FOR TESTING THE NEW REAR PIECE WILL HAVE PICTURES SOON...

    This is one of our proto types and is not the completed unit, we are moving the front banks cat forward closer to the collector, the O2's will have more room to move ... it's a simple thing and will work right through it...

    The header has proven to be very consistent ... there are little variances in the tubes temperatures, this unit has nearly identical temp in the cats, but bringing the front cat back will even out the flow...

    The "Y" pipe is just a mock up ... we would not produce this it was just to test the front collectors... Again this is a proto type just to prove our products production viability ... we are not going to let any of you down. It will be the header to own when we are done...
