You can ditch the switch and power them direct to the memory wire and ground them to the door trigger wire, they will come on with doors.
I was looking at wiring them to the O/D switch like we talked about.
I haven't looked at my shifter specifically, but if i'm reading this wiring diagram out of the Hayne's manual, i should tap into the RED/YEL wire coming from the switch to the O/D indicator?

Not sure what you mean, but basically use the switch on the shifter instead of the switch you put on the dash. 2 of the wires will be internally connected when you press the switch and disconnect when you press again.
