    What I plan to do is mount the reflector on a stationary table, mark where I mount it with tape, and fire up a regular bulb facing the wall. There's gonna be a beam pattern on the wall with some sort of cutoff. Mark that cutoff and the center step/rise in cutoff with tape on the wall. Do what you have to to mount the projector in the reflector, but keep it relatively loose so you can fix the alignment. Fire the ballast and bulb up in the projector mounted back in the same spot in the same position. See how off the new beam pattern is from what you marked on the wall and make adjustments. When you have it near perfect, tighten everything up and see what you got on your car. You should be close to right, but you will have to adjust the whole setup on the car, but you'll know the projector is right relative to the reflector. Hope this helps!!

    Dam dude. You have excessive knock to cause that. Check that out. I bet that missing metal piece of the spark plug melted on the piston.

    No knock and a good cold crank compression test, just a bad misfire. The motor on the hoist is a replacement motor. I'm just pulling to old motor and going to use it for another project.

    ^^^. I dont mean hard knock that you hear. I mean internal cylinder block knock. Only a knock sensor will pick it up.

    Installed mushroom filter on stock intake pipe, trying to figure out how to secure it so it doesn't move

    Oh and I've gone 55w on 825122+ on my FX-R's noticeable difference

    Nice Job Cleazy! Hows fitment of the CF OEM hood? debating if i should get one myself when show season starts.

    Painted Valve Cover black, steam cleaned the engine and put a new starter in. Engine compartment doesnt look half bad with 260k on it. Wish i knew how to wire tuck and clean it up though =/.
