Projectors and ballasts from The Retrofit Source came today:

The shield inside that will create the beautiful beam pattern:

Can't wait to get these things in. Gonna be designing my wiring harness shortly.

    You lucky dog!!
    J/k good job.

As the harness you can use a bixenon harness to work perfect for you.

Thanks Vic, I have a harness from my first HID kit I could use, but I want some redundancy (one relay per ballast) and I wanna keep the ballast off if I flash to pass during the day (like we spoke about some months back) so I got some work to do, but I think I got it down pat.

Nice projectors, I need to do a retrofit to my GAGT. I miss my HIDs. Dunno if I wanna crack open my JDM heads though, those aren't as easy to replace as the Pontiac's. lol

IMO you will be just fine with the harness with the addition of one relay on the main wire to handle the flash to pass.

I say the 35w is more than enough. If you did go 55w, her eyes would get more fatigued and that's gonna make driving at night even more difficult than it already is.

This!! Plus, 55W tends to wash out color, so you end up with yellower-than-expected lights. Newer halogen projectors do a decent job with PnP HiD bulbs anyway, so she should be straight.
