    18x8 42 offset...an issue for an 8g?

Just wheel browsing to pass the time on a Saturday night at home lol, and I see some wheels that are 18x8 42 offset. Would there be any issues of rubbing if I got them when I put my springs on. I forget the exact drop cause they're eclipse springs, but I remember it being less than 2" for both front and rear. I'm on 18x7.5 now with no poke of course so I'm thinking what's half an inch more lol...but figured i'd ask those who've owned a galant for more than a year...aka you guys.

    Thanks

45's aren't the correct overall diameter/height for wheels & tires on the 8G with 18"s. They are for 17"s...

but i think that sized wheel will give a very nice tucked BMWish look to the galant, wheel wells are ware too big anyway especially the front. rear Fenders definitely have to be rolled i reckon.

Please try and let us know!

Keeping the OEM aspect ratio > looks

could do with a bigger wheel. To fill up the gaps. My front kit is already way too low. I guess only a bigger 225/45 wheel will give me the look i want.
