Yep, core support replacement. something I neglected after my minor accident nearly 5 years ago. its always lined back "good enough" but now I want it to line up like new.

isaurio, I got the files and I'm very excited. I can't wait to get a aem uego installed so this thing can run like it should. If only winter would go away already.

Why is it that this car looks more jdm than mine even without a hood, fenders, and enitre fron end including lights and grill? Lol!!

  13. #373
Are you only running the driver side fan? How are your water temps?

  14. #374
I have both sides. The picture's angle is a little odd so it looks like I only have one of the fans. My temps have been right around 200* F this past summer.

Updated picture with the 3G wheel installed. Don't mind the mess. My interior has turned into a storage shed lol.

Also my side project for my friend's cobalt ss. Baked the headlights and painted the trim black.

    Finished product.

These are going to make that thing look mean!

Something needs to lol I hate the way Cobalt's look. 3G wheel looks good though!

Put it up! The cobalt is one of the few cars I actually like from gm.
Maybe post it in the "what you did to your car" section?

So I decided to give the car some attention and get new wheels. Picked up a set of Rota Boost 17x8 +35.

Taking the Evo 8 Enkei's off I realized I really was long overdue for new rubber. Yikes!

    Then comes the fail.

Based off the dimensions, I thought they would clear the Brembo's. Looks like I was wrong. I want to keep them, and 4grim suggested spacers but I'm not sure if I trust spacers. They're cheap enough at work where they could be worth trying. Any thoughts?
