Installing Old Style JDM 8G Bumper

Do you reuse the metal trim piece off of the factory bumper on the JDM bumper? The holes dont seem to line up, do you just make new holes?

Yes I got that part handled and I just went and looked after you said to make my own holes for the bumper and I think that's is I'll attach the metal trim piece and it should go right now. Now what about the foglights any re-wiring involved there?

You just have to splice the wires into the factory fog light harness and make sure to either solder or crimp them. Do Not just twist the wires 2gether and wrap in electrical tape.

idk about anyone else but mine were plug n play. My cousin was over at my house when I was testing fitting my front, left him alone for a minute so I could answer my house phone, I come back outside and he has them working. He just took off a yellow piece off the foglight connecter and plugged them into the jdm harness.

Anyone run into the tits on the tow cover that snap into the bumper being broken off due to the folding of the bumper? Any ideas for mounting or attaching it? Also to of the mounting points on one side that mount to the fender or torn any ideas for a fix?

If the holes on the bumper are ripped, try using JB weld and JBweld a washer to the hole. It worked for me
