Looks like the speed dry marker that we use at my job. You can get them at staples. Btw nice ride unclepaulie and I think it looked better with the old shoes.

just logged back on, lots of activity lol.
the lettering is just white paint pen, but later i figured out it was better to make a stencil.
take the wheel/tyres off one at a time, lay a sheet of paper over the letters and shade it with a pencil. the lettering should show up. cut it out with a stencil, then glue it to some card and cut again. easy stencil. then i just use a little can of white paint.
i usualy dab some tyre shine around the letters before i spray so any little oversprays can wipe off easily. pretty simple
im going to do yellow on the next set of track rims.
@02galant, the lip spoiler on the front is just 1"x1" square profile rubber extrusion.
