if ur gonna stick with USDM, why not add the OZ Rally Lip, would help support the bottom of the bumper more

    car looks great dude

Thanks D. I already have the CD5 lip on it. I don't really like the look of the O.Z. lip. it looks forced to me.

Washed her up today. Jumped the gun on the wheels. lol. We got hit hard last week and she got caked with salt. lol No worries though, washed her up today and will continue to do so for as long as it keeps snowing. Spring is in march no reason to put the winter wheels back on. lol

Excuse the rust bubble on the trunk lid. I havent had time to address it.

Thanks guys! I got the wheels for $500ish shipped to my door. Got the tires for free.

Just cleaned the car and got all the salt off of it. Going to get a driver door and fenders from the local pick-n-pull. Their website says there are seven 99-01 Galants out there, hopefully they have a silver one.

Removed the front splash shields. got sick of the rub. Also changed the oil. Though I slightly overfilled and the oil pressure is at 8psi from 12 psi at idle. Going to drain a little bit out of it tomorrow. its not low as the FSM says 4.2 or better at idle and 43-100psi at 3500. But I would like more oil pressure than less.

Well thats about all thats new with the car.

Stay tuned for photoshoot after the door and fenders are installed.

Are you not paranoid of not having a airbag and being turbo-ed?

The only thing I am really paranoid about is oil pressure and bolt torque specs to be honest.

I grew up in the Philippines where cars are not equipped with airbags so it doesnt really bother me.

Its just a clip on. I tried it, couldn't stand it really. To me the distance appears too far. But that just me...

It clips over your existing mirror, and it gives you a panoramic view of whats behind you and virtually eliminates any blind spots if you adjust your side view mirrors accordingly. I can see all four lanes of traffic on the freeway behind me. But make sure to get one that has real glass or at least the closest to it, some are cheap and made out of a cheap plastic that doesnt give that good of a reflection.
