yea bro she is fast, fully built motor currently running a 50 trim garret turbo, hks 272's... and a lot and lot of other goodies lol....im going away on vacay next week but should be hitting the dyno and getting it tuned within a month from now...just trying to get a few more miles on the new motor
once tuned it should be well over 500 HP as it sits and should be able to run in the 10s staying semi conservative lol... ill keep everyone updated soon enough
i have a lot of the progress pics up to this point only a few from the motor build but a lot of before and afters especially body work...
really all thats left at this point is,
i have to address the interior quite a bit although i already have a few things to be installed shortly
a nicer set of wheels....im torn between a few styles but they will definitely be gold
get a professional tune
and in the more distant future i will end up going with a better turbo and an equally strong but better looking tubular manifold then the fp race one currently installed
i just got the car back today but i will be making a build thread in the near future when i have some free time

yea they are aerocatch hood latches. its actually a carbon hood that was painted. i still retain the stock latch as well though. the shell had it on it already and it was in pretty decent condition but not 100%. i personally prefer a more stock look anyway.
Fhs is today's accomplishment ....I GOT THE ENGINE OUT!!!!!... No hoist ...I took EVERYTHING off the block. And since I have five 7g at the yard right now waiting to have their hearts torn out I can get an assembled block head gasket to oil pan for $120 I became determined to remove Regina's heart to make room for her transplant. I have a 120k head in the trunk I bought when I thought it was just bent valves so I need a complete bottom end I will redo the piston rings and all gaskets during assembly. As for her old heart I stripped it bare moved the exhaust out the way and dropped it, then I dragged it out from under her to get a good look.
HERE'S A LIST OF THINGS I WOULD LIKE TO OBTAIN FROM TGC MEMBERS IF YOU CAN LET THEM GO CHEAP
1: CLEAR DRIVERS SIDE HEADLIGHT (NOT. FOGGY AND WITH AMBER CORNER)
OR ANY CLEAR SET OF TWO PIECE 7G HEADLIGHTS DONT NEED TO BE PERFECT
2: MUFFLER / I WANT A STOCK 3G ONE OR LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE
3: THE RUBBER HATS FOR THE FRONT STRUT TOWERS THAT SAY
MULTI LINK SUSPENSION .....I NEED 4 OF THEM
