I could, but I'd still need another set of grilles to use while I'd work on the stockers. If I get them, I'll tinker with old ones.

ANYWAYS I wanted to get your opinions on this:

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/JDM-Mitsubis...ht_2809wt_1163

I wanted to get it since I might get projector fogs and want the grill mesh to match PLUS I wanted to put a ralliart emblem in the front grill and it won't fit with the stock 8gb grill but it might fit stock 8ga...anyways, thoughts? suggestions?
Are those canards on the stock bumper, hood clamps on a stock hood, and those extra fogs under the grille? And those grille are made out of fiberglass they are little heavier than the stocks. I do agree with Guzm4n about cutting the grilles (or let someone cut them for you) for a way cheaper price.

Lol Idk and i thought about cutting the stock and putting mesh on but it wont work well since there's no flat surface and the 8gb grill is curved so if you cut it, it wont be flush and look bad

You should still be able to fit it. I once put mesh on my 3G cuz I hated the look of the condenser and plastic shroud under it, and iirc there was a long u shaped cooler line for the P/S.

Fogs not matching heads, idk why. They matched in person, they were both 8000k I was an HID Newb.

So you think I should cut the grill and put mesh on it? I gues if i cut the angled part, sanded it to make it even and painted it....that could work but idk if there's a good flat surface to put the mesh on behind the grill...do you glue it?

Vic the reason the colors don't match is because of the optics of the projectors. Plus it looks like your in the cut off lol

You could use bondo to stick the mesh to the grille

Bondo and plastic don't bond well. You're better off fiberglassing the mesh in.

A good amount of smoothing out would be needed after cutting out the fins from the grilles. It can be done though. I'd put the mesh from the back, though.

How would you fiberglass the mesh in?

Funny thing is, the actual color was closer to that of the projectors.

That's how the first owner had the grill on there originally. Overtime the shiny finish got ugly so I removed it and re-did it my way. The way I did it was by a few strategically put screws, not noticeable. They were about 1/4" self taps, work for me.

My neighbors, that car is one big dent, all the doors are bent awfully, obviously the rear is too. There are about 20 folded pieces of paper holding his loose dash from shaking, and his vents. There's a screwdriver behind the passenger front window from falling, headliner is droopy. Poor car is only an 01 with about 120k. People don't care about their G's. He sees mine and just has that look of "wish mine were like that"
