If you do any car shows, judges actually like seeing fullsize spares with custom wheels. ;)

Ok i've been doing some searching and recommendations from people on here for projector retrofits. I found this

    http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...roducts_id=236

    after I was recommended this

    http://www.theretrofitsource.com/pro...oducts_id=3181

The first one looks good and is a little cheaper and you could possibly get it slightly used for $75 a pair. I was JUST about to get it until I realized I wanted ccfl. So I'm about to order the second one with bulbs possibly the 4300k since it's the brighest white before the 5000k, the ccfl for 80mm that fits into that shroud, and blazer fogs as well. Any objections?

Dude I'm def getting that ESPEICALLY since it's a screw in. Again also with the ccfl bulbs and blazers, 4300k is the brightest white, isn't it?

In terms of lumens, yes. If you stick to 4300k to 5k, you will be fine. Might as well get the xb35 bulb to mate with the minis for best output possible.

Call them TRS for any specials they may have... save some cash. Just so you know, you don't do any cutting with the Mini's H1's, just bake them open, pop them in, close them up.

Not hard to do. Have gloves ready like mechanix.

What I did is preheat to 250 for about 10mins.

Put headlight in for 5-6 mins. Ready to open.

Thanks for your help guys. I already ordered all the stuff and am gonna try to get a spare set of heads so I can them while I bake the others. If anyone has a spare pair let me know. I'm gonna bake them open and paint the reflector black and clear the ambers for my switchbacks and it's gonna look pretty freakin sweet.
