Paint does look very fresh..look forward to completion
thanks everyone i am excited as well they been working on her since April 9th as i had rear quarter fixed from the accident she was in. i should have her by Thursday next week when they finish painting everything else and buffing it out.
its a place i found locally in Fort Worth they cater for restoring porches. For the full color change (same price if i kept it the original color) without painting the jambs was 1800 painting the jambs and all was an extra grand but since my car is originally black i decided to save a grand. I was supposed to get my jdm sides and rear painted as well that i bought from the fiberglass groupbuy but they did not fit very well to the point that he was going to charge me too much money to make them fit. The good thing he said I can still bring him the parts once i get them in jdm OE abs plastic and he will paint them as we agreed with the price so very happy about that lol.
Dominicano, I dont know if you know or not but the OEM JDM sideskirts are going to take more modification to fit than the FG Reps that Cali made because he made those to fit USDM already. The OEM JDM rear bumper should fit fine though without any mods IIRC...

yeah I was reading the post what needs to be removed and notched but should not require anything to be filled in. the cost the guy wanted to charge me to fill in the gap for the fiberglass one was around two bills so since i got to pay that much might as well pay 50 more just to get the OE one. but the rear fiberglass one cost to fix it was going to be more then the cost to have trigg send me a new one. If i had the time and the patience to work on the fiberglass one i would of but i don't. I will be selling them for cheap to someone who would like to deal with it.

Is that a Cali bumper? Because if it Mine was a sticks out a lil on my driver side u definately have to do some drilling on the brackets that hold the bumper to the back fender....and in the end it might stick out a lil. But once it's painted....u don't really notice it.
