painting in GALANT door trim

i wondering how hard it would be to paint the door trim that says GALANT... i wanna use some touch up paint stuff thats black and paint it... but i dunno if itll look good... cuz i dont want the chrome lettering..

what might be easier is maybe to paint the chrome letters whatever color you want then stick them on.. or maybe you can go to your local vinyl decal shop and get like a blank sheet of vinyl then make a pattern and cut out the vinyl and stick it on. just giving you some other options then going and painting the door trim itself

dats a pretty good idea!!! trim costs a good $ but for now i think ill go with vinyl and someday ill have the galant in chrome but painted black! god bless thanks!!!!!!!!!
