I think so since I'm constantly smelling gas now because of it. I'll try using another gasket & see if that works.

had some dmg nicks and cuts to rear bumper that were pissing me off, these arent my rear bumper but they are example of how it looked

Just imagine them Longer and a lil deeper

ill take more pics later....maybe make a thread for my mazda not sure yet....enjoy these pics at least.

So i decided to paint the whole bumper

    I used this

i threw a 100ft heavy duty work cord out of my 3rd story window dragged it across the scafolding and over the side down to the street and did this right outside my apt: "I DONT NEED NO STINKING SHOP" LOL i love that movie.......

And ended up with this: I cant wet sand the clear for 24hrs so ill have to wait till late tues or early wed.

Dude you do a great job. I'd love to
Get help painting my calipers since you Di a great job and have the tools for it. When my neighbor did my bumper he didn't have a chance to wet sand it and he went for leg surgery so he's off his feet for god knows how long. I need to wet sand the whole car since it has dust in whoever painted it before me which made bubbles and now it has dust settled in the paint since my neighbor redid my bumper. I know how to go about wet sanding it but I dot trust myself doing it since I may fuck up. You seem you know it all.

not necassarily the "tranny" going bad but the previous owner being a "bad driver" and fucking up the tranny[grinding gears] over heating it,late shifting, constant launching of the car etc etc etc]....having a transmission shop open it up and inspect it for $100 is well worth avoiding an expensive pull out and repair after you get it in the car,,. Any competent and reliable shop can open inspect and reseal our manual tranny in under 40 mins.
