sorry to highjack the thread but this thread did get me thinking..
does anyone know how similar the dash mounts of a Mitsubishi gto/3000gt are to the galants?
ok flag that... i just did some googly fu and and came up with answers. 72.4" vs 68.5" there goes that dash swap idea.

^^That's the VR-4 bay, and it's RHD, the brake fluid reservoir is on the right, partly obscured by the strut tower.
Edit: I see what's happening now, the 3000GT motor he was running was flipped, so yeah he did need custom motor mounts to run that motor in the car, but stock, the 6A13TT is arranged just as a USDM V6.
