Replaced my valve cover gasket and new plugs, NGK-Rs. Still getting a code (p0421, x2) and I cant stand seeing it. Turbo g was sputtering at the top of third and died shortly there after and no longer starts, still diagnosing the issue.

0421 is bank 2 sensor which is very common. U could try to get rid of it and it might work and might not work.

Its the one by the cat under the car. I haven't changed it yet but I wouldn't think its too hard to a handy person.

2.4L dont have bank 2. Only the v6 have bank 1 and bank 2

The right way is bank 1 sensor 2 = downstream sensor. is under the car after oil pan.
