    An extractor will work and if u don't have that then use a dremel cutting wheel make a slice in it and then you're able to use a flat head to unscrew

    I'm curious as to why you are changing the LCA's? If the bushings are worn, Prothane sells bushings that are far superior to what Mitsu installed from the factory.

    Just a 99-01 bumper with a civic lip on it.
    LoL really? No way. I've never seen anyone on here desperately trying to sell a Dolphin bumper. Haha
    I'm on the cheap and clean route now until this weddings over and I'm able to fully convert to jdm. Hopefully. Smh

    Do it! Would look good, or be different and put the 99-01 grille on your 02-03 bumper and use that lip or the VRG lip. You've got bodywork skills so it'd be easy for you. Then you can opt to do the JDM heads and grille with that setup as well. Like this:

    That's what happened to my zx9r. Bought it from PO with a seized engine. Always wondered what caused it.

    Full rebuild for a stronger block and Turbo??
