^^ What it means is that rather than connecting the ballasts to the thin factory headlight wires, a relay harness is used. The harness is already designed to plug and play, and the way it works is by drawing power directly from the battery and using the factory wires only as signal to activate and run the lights. This also helps prevemt your factory wiring from fraying since a relay reqiures less than 1A to operate and the stock wiring is only rated for max of 15A. HID's in pairs draw at least 20A at start up, you do the math.

My opinion on hids, is you never know but the same could be said about halogens. I've had hids last longer than halogens, and I've had kits from different sellers vary in life span. Never spent more than 70 on a kit. Best thing I can suggest, whenever u buy a new kit, salvage what you can from the last kit as spare parts. Saved me downtime numerous of times

Sorry i should of re-phrased what i asked, What brand are you guys using because i cant seem to find a decently priced set that arent complete crap and tend to burn out within a few weeks, even when they are set up properly.

changed the spark plugs, vavle cover gasket and airfilter, and adjusted the valves on my Civic, now I need to figure out how the hell the screws for the airbox aren't threading, aren't Honda's supposed to be easy to work on?

I want to rally cross the Volvo, but that is kind of a bad idea for a daily car.

hey guys. Im trying to get this car as a parts car or a fixer upper for next to nothing and more than something

Story i saw about half a year ago in good condition everything good except it was missing the grill and rims and the transmission was in the back seat. contacted the owner found out the car has huge dept on it and cant have owner transfer but i asked him about maybe selling the leather interior he thought the car should be bought as a hole for the price of new car so i stopped there then about a month back i saw the car hasn't moved only bin vandalized. so i contacted him again and asked him and now he seems to be more willing to negotiate but he himself has yet to see the car in person and valuate the damage. hoping to get it this week. if not im going to move on ( bin negotiating for about a half a month)

What Volvo do u have?? I have a 91 740t with an rsi stage two cam, 255 pump, 3" MAF with brown tops and an m46. I ran 14.313 before the brown tops and the m46 at 16psi. I'm having a boost issue and I miss driving it.
