how much would you pay for my car?

after i get the transmission fixed, its getting sold. as extremely painfull as this is for me, its gotta go. if i hear my parents yell at me one more time about my "burdening piece of mexican trash" (aka. my car) i'm gonna go kill them, which is looking good right now. so please be honest, since i need to market it when i sell it, how much would you pay for my car if you were in the position to make the purchase. please say an offer you would honestly give, i'm not selling it to you per say, but just wanna know what people would think its worth.

If I was interested in buying that car I'd probably try to give you like $3000, and $4000 at most. Galant's have shitty resale value. My car is a 1998 Mitsubishi Galant 67k miles with thousands thrown into it, EVEN if it had the DOHC head working in it I would probably not get more than $6000 for it.

I'd also say $3000-$4000. What's with this "mexican" stuff? Have they ever seen a map, particularly one of Asia? Nice clean G, by the way.

being thats its modded youre going to have a hard time selling it. most people want to do things their way. i personally wouldnt buy a hooked up car because i'd be thinking it was raced and beat up by some kid. youre best bet would probably be to part it out and get it as close to stock as possible. you'll get the most that way.

show them asia, smack em, and say that Mike sent you. this "mexican" trash is japanese build quality, much better than the american POS u buy at your local chevy dealer

    ** EDIT **
    i will offer $6500

thanks for the posts guys. yeah, my mom called it the mexican trash, and my dad thinks its a puerto rican mobile. funny how we're all white. they see the wing and the wheels and they think its the same thing as a purple neon with a shopping cart wing and a body kit falling off. whatever, its not their car, its mine.

yeah, i totally agree with what your saying. i'm gonna have a hard time finding someone who likes it around here. i'd part it out, but i dont have the time anymore like i used to, and i dont have the resources, i dont even have jackstands with shitty lift.
