I believe that it is. I blew that fuse once and drove the car like normal, until the battery drained. After that, I realized what had happened.

4" thick won't hit the grill on the bumper?? No need to cut it at that thickness??

I doubt he's gonna use the bumper grille once he gets an inter cooler.

Nope, you can squeeze 4.5 thick but thats pushing imo. Dont need to cut anything.

Im gonna use it, no point in taking it out. 12 inches is from the under side of the top to an inch above the bottom part of the bumper.

Width wise no. I can find 12x4x24 all day long. But that extra 4 inches is hard to come by lol

That wouldn't fill up the whole front opening I'm assuming. U posted your core measurements.
But didn't post the overall dimensions of what u r needing.

I see what your after. 45 inches is what the bumper clearance from fog light to fog light is.

Well doesn't have to be fog to fog but end of mesh to end of mesh. Just to get a full coverage of the front. But the 12" height is critical for ur bumper. I need to measure my spare new style to see what is the safe height to use.

ETS will make a customer intercooler for about the same amount of money as a production unit. I've already checked. So custom for such a project is the best way to go

With regard to the fuse. It's a little different depending on your wiring layout for he power system. If you run the alternator wire from the alternator back to the battery in the trunk, then another wire from the battery to a power block under the hood, then you can just do a 150amp breaker on the wire from battery to power block. If your running a wire from the alternator to a power block, that's gotta get fused or have a breaker. The idea is to prevent an alternator surge from damaging stuff.

The only problem i have is the fuse for the alternator stock is 120 amps

Yeah you likely won't find a 120amp breaker. Going up to 150 isn't going to hurt anything. I've been running 150's for almost 4 years, XD_01 is running a 150 too I believe, so is Spdracr, no issues.

Ok sounds good. Hey, curious what length your driveshaft is and is there anymore info on the tubular front subframe?
