My alternator runs to a block and I have a line going to the battery from the block and my breaker is located at the battery, should it be at the alternator line ??

Alex, you typically want that breaker on the alternator wire between the alternator and any other circuit. The one off the battery you can leave, that's not hurting anything.

Galantman, I haven't spoken with the guy about the tubular subframe in almost a month. I will touch base with him soon. I'd have to measure the driveshaft, I don't recall the numbers exactly.
