So good news and bad news, good news act xtss is good for gobs of torque, 429wtq to be exact, and it's certainly holding well now, turns out I was being robbed of power and torque by the slipping clutch, car got tossed on the dyno again after the the clutch replacement and ltw flywheel, gained 27whp and 24wtq, for a total of 231whp and 280wtq on 14psi on an evo 8 16g. bad news is my left calf is in for a work out

nice numbers. the XTSS(2600) only will feel heavy for the first week or so then it feels normal, it then becomes fun to hop in a lighter clutch car and almost put the clutch pedal through the firewall tho haha.

I have the centerforce equivalent to a 2600 and my daily is a bone stock 2011 lancer and every time I slam gears in it I feel like I am going to break the clutch pedal through floor.

255/40/17 RS-3s, which are almost a good inch wider than my NT-05s on the volks haha. wheel gap is larger because of the slightly smaller overall diameter from going to 17s. Fits perfect with no rubbing anywhere even @ full lock...
also relocated the small battery i had, removed the battery tray, fabbed up two small L brackets to bolt to the bracket that held up the battery tray, and then cut and welded the battery tie down to work. fits great and moves the battery almost a foot back and eliminates the heavy tray. :) Pics of that in the am.

i'll get some tomorrow, I'll keep them on till saturday for a photoshoot for a feature but then they come off and go in bags and into the house to stay warm, gonna put the volks on one side and the ssrs on the other for the shoot, should be good fun if the weather is somewhat cooperative.

thanks guys, here's the battery relocation, not much, but saves 2.5 pounds and moves the battery further back, I would say it's right under the strut tower bar, the small battery saved like 20 pounds from my old one.

Nice! Good fab skills. Eventually you should paint it the color of your car.
