Need a block spacer there to make the thing seal. Even still, it's pretty pointless to use the 74 throttle body on a 4 cylinder. You'll never need 65mm and it you can't port the manifolds out far enough to actually use 65mm. The only time you should even bother witht he 60mm is what you get the outlander manifold and can actually port the mouth out to fit the 60mm bore.
You could put a 90mm on either manifold and it wouldn't make a difference. If the stock opening is 55mm, then that's all it's going to breath. Same goes with the 65mm. Putting a 65 on a 55 opening isn't going to do a thing.
