I am loving this build. I've learned a lot about 7g just from reading this build. Keep up the good work.
It looks much better than brand new, built for the long haul love the kevlar and all the other goodies.

nice work, you gonna be running stock motor mounts?

Well they are filled with liquid urethane with 80A hardner. I hope it isnt nearly as bad as the Prothane inserts. I really hate the vibration from them, plus im trying to have a comfortable DD thats why i didnt go with coilovers too.
gotcha, one thing that will fix the idle vibration for the prothanes is bumping the idle 1-200 rpm, makes them almost completely stop vibrating your dash apart

Did that long ago, the thing vibrates while i drive too. I really am sick of it. I saw a picture of prothane mounts with holes drilled in them.
I just found out my shifter cables dont work with the AWD trans. The cable, that moves back and forth for going into gears, isnt doing its job somehow. Im gonna look into it tomorrow.
My red G inhaled some water and it was down this morning, just to find out one of my ignition coils was arcing making the engine sputter. I got it fixed in a second.
I installed the entire drivetrain on the green; just came back from installing the drive shaft which was a complete PITA. Ill be working on the harness tomorrow - shorting wires and tucking them away; Should be trying to start the car sometime next week and then start on the exhaust.
Can you tell I had the harness installed?! She is in and she is shorter and partially tuck.
I'll be installing the fuel pump and ecu tomorrow and hopefully she will start soon.
Glad to see you're making progress. The harness looks good.
Why do you have an AN fitting on your exhaust manifold? Also, why so many clashing colors in the engine bay? You spent all that time making the interior so nice and it looks like an ADD painter went to town under the hood.
One comment on function you may not want either but putting a 90 elbow at the radiator entrance will seriously harm water flow. I'd strongly encourage changing that back to a straight inlet or a 45 deg. inlet.

Nah, more the combination of red, purple, black and blue. Just too much going on. In my opinion a single accent color works better.
Thanks for considering my advice on the radiator. I am still curious as to why you have an AN fitting coming off the exhaust manifold. What is it for? Depending on what alloy it is the aluminum might melt once your manifold is hot.
Edit: It was just sitting there in the photo and not actually attached, wasn't it? It looks like that is the fitting for your radiator. I'm a dork.

Yeah thats the rad fitting.
Once i put the t-belt covers the blue will be gone, and I've had the red hoses ready for the red G, but im a bit tight on funds so they are going here
Get it done. I'm ready to see this beast throw down.

What do you think - 225/55/16 or 225/50/16?
Just found these pics of GST wheels with 225/55/16. Purpose is to have a comfortable and yet good gripping DD.
