Yes I still have to make that plastic return part bigger in the fuel pump assembly. I will try a couple of things with the rom (starting from the one I got originally) and make adjustments on that. Thanks for helping me out man, appreciate it a lot.
Yes. Dont matter. the calculation will be the same. 12.5% 490cc. It still drop around 38psi at curb idle with vacuum. vacuum off at 47-50psi. Make sure is around 38-40 psi at idle with vacuum on *no more no less* Adjust pressure accordingly with standard values 47-50psi. if you not getting pressure right double check the fuel pump housing the plastic return line, you made it bigger? If not you should!
This base if everything is on point. should get you leaner after close loop kicks in. Like i said dont trust to much the ROM you have. If you could get the same rom but a very stock one with big map would be a plus.

Hey FYI -
I used a formula from the evo x forums awhile back that says this:
(New Injector size*stock injector value) / stock injector size = New injector value
This works out to be (560cc*220)/210cc = 587 value. Why do you think the stock injector value is 220 instead of lower than what the injector is rated? That's the confusing part to me. I will try the 532 value first and see if injector latency makes it better.
When I had the injectors set at 587 before, I couldn't start it. Then I changed latency down on the entire column by .024 and it runs rich. It's almost like it needs to be adjusted by .012 but obviously the next increment is bigger. Maybe I do need to put the smaller injector scaling in which will allow the car to start at the higher latency values.
Don't mean to think inside your thread lol!

They lower the scaling because of the duty cycle. You dont want to hit 100% duty because it damage the injectors.
It usually 15-20% less than the rate cc. And the rate cc is never on point. If it says 560cc sometimes on 80% duty cycle they flow at 520cc.
587 is way to high for the 560cc. Remember that formula is for a 4cly setup. V6 will be a little different.
The higher the scaling the leaner it gets. When u go above the max rate is like turning it off the injectors.
What is the diamante rate at. It cant be a 210cc injectors
Eclipse it cant be 210cc
Eclipse rom for a 3.0 is at 220cc so injectors most be 260cc or so. Diamante most be a 280-300cc
okay I got it...
In theory if I should be doing 532 in my scaling then 560/532 = 105% so 1.05 * 220 (original scaling) = ~232cc. That might be correct lol.
Also the diamante has identical injectors to the 2.4L galant. So what is the oem 2.4L scaling an injector size? This is what I should really be using. I should be looking at the diamante scalings instead of eclipse gt scalings.

Lol yes you do. 3.0 to 3.5. 20% more fuel
The galant 2.4l is 232cc on ecuflash
You cant use that formula since our stock injectors are high indep and are different than the low indep and high flow evos specially from a 4cly injectors to an v6 setup.
Update:
Tb that dont work with outlander mani
3.5 diamante tb
3.0 galant or eclipse tb
Reason. Mani flange too small. It leaves about a gap that the gasket to fully seal. For boost no good. Im getting -15 vacuum at idle so is pullin major un-meter air that is making the afr lean.
Tb that works
Evo 8 tb *is money*
03 outlander mani
This are 65mm like the v6 3.0. Perfect fit
Im running the evo 8 with evo 8 gasket. And is money. Need evo tps and IAC. Outlander IAC and tps also works. Same part numbers.
Tps needs re-wire since is on the other side than stock
Got new hks ssv4 new
Custom bracket to fit the tb cable. Dion is good making things like that.
New trani and oil filter. Filtermag. This magnets are no joke. For better engine maintenance on breaking and after.
Replaced to FIC 750cc. Already installed and ready to tune.
Tomm im going to add the injectors values and boost leak test and fire up again. Hope i could take her out.
Hold up!!!! So your say the people who have the outlander mani and a 6g62+ V6 TBs won't make a complete seal?
Against the flange on the mani?
I thought -15 vac on idle was normal!
How can that be. What's the vac on a evo 8/9 or other boosted car?

Rotate the gasket 180* I had a simular issue and we didn't have a complete seal,
It's just odd mmm. Many people over the yrs didn't have any issue swapping out TBs on 2.4 motors, with a v6. TB

This problem only appears when using the outlander IM and 72 or 74 TB's, and It's obviously more noticeable when boosted, with a simple boost leak test you'll find out you can't hold any pressure because of it, this hasn't been documented since nobody had tried to boost with this IM/TB combo.
This is w/o a gasket but you can see that there is no surface on that area to make the gasket seal.
When dealing with this I thought about the evo 8 TB but I just wanted to use what I already had and not spend $80+ on a new tb, this would be the recommended solution instead of the spacer I used.
4g64T 5spd
Huh I wonder if that is why I kept popping the lean bank 1 code
In this pic that's the 74 TB correct?
Because I'm looking at my 72 and its different, that hole below the top right bolt is more inward on my 72 TB..... I'll post a pic up with the a72 TB on the outlander mani just to show you. I'm positive that I have a good seal with the 72 TB and will still work out fine,

yes the hole is less pronounced on the 72 and there is a right way and wrong way of installing the T/B gasket but as Omega already stated it is a combo issue when using it with the outlander intake mani and the 72-74 t/b, now on a n/a motor you will see no leak if the gasket is installed properly but when you add boost to the mix its a no go leaks like crazy.
Yes still the same issue. But on the 72 the hole or gap is less. But still dont hold any boost. I tested and hold about less dan 3-5 psi and looses it in about 10 sec. Dont hold pressure.
If you check your fuel trims and your o2 feed back is going to be a positive feedback meaning lean=adding more fuel to stay at 14.7 afr
Yes correct. That was the issue. Over time you will max the low and mid trims. Code comes on when:
Low is max at +12.5%
Mid max at +25%
This are lean condition and ecu is adding:
Low 12% + whatever o2 see in real time more fuel
Mid 25% + whatever o2 see in real time more fuel
Ecu is trying to make up for the extra air coming in that was not meter by the MAF
I had this issue on my NA with my 74 tb.
Low was pin at 12.5% did not know why i was thinking because of the cai. But now is for sure it was the leak on the tb. I got it down by adjusting the latency and tell the ecu add more fuel. Got trims on .1% serious tuning to get it there
