Got my new axles on her and took her for a test drive. Next thing to get is motor mounts and shocks/struts. But my vibration is fixed and she drives better than ever!

Seafoamed it thinking it would unclog my EGR but it failed. Also did an oil change and changed my hids to 12k purple temporarily.

Put in my halo projector headlights I got today. Haven't got the halo rings and the 3 LEDs on each one wired up yet.

Threw my Morimoto hids in my accords projectors. They came out pretty good I must say. And that's coming from a guy who's anal about hid/retrofits. I think I just saved me ~$600 on parts for a retro.

Obligatory output shots will be up some time this week when I have time to whip out the dslr.

Had to clean the IAC so I also fixed my intake bracket. I had heated this piece of steel when we were having a bonfire and hammered over a mini anvil I found in the garage. It had hole pre drilled but I re-drilled my own for size/ Fitment. Not too shabby and it holds solid.

Changed out my ac compressor and evap tank ....this heat wave has been a killer :/
ICE COLD now...oh btw, 3rd galant and tell me why I realized today that for some strange reason "cabin filter" behind the globe box is not there for me this 8g is a 01, I've had a 99 and a 2000 and they both had it...this one looks like it would be there but there's no removable cover ...I'm clueless why mitsu would do that?

Been busy with my job, today I had off so I put a new fuel pump in the Galant and it started right up (it sat for a bunch of months and gas turned bad and clogged fuel pump). Also did a Royal Purple oil change. I also got JDM fender flares in the mail today from Qcustoms. It was a good day.

Nice bro...make sure to post some pics of those flares on the g...what kinda symptoms led you to the thought that the fuel pump might need to be replaced?

I ran mine through the driver side fender then into the firewall under the dash. Then on the very edge under the carpet. There is a "tunnel" u can feed the wire through under where the hump that the seat belts to so u don't have to run it over and have a hump in your carpet.

Wouldn't start, had spark, old fuel, no fuel pressure, relays worked fine when swapped to another galant.
