3.8 V6: Highway miles to MOD, I was getting 27mpg. Otherwise I would get low 20's city.
So 8g dudes who have done the swap from auto to five speed...
What kind of MPG are y'all getting?
Please clarify, I4 v. V6, driving style, city/highway tendencies, etc.
Thanks!

When I was NA, highway driving I was getting a little over 420 to the tank. City driving gave me around 390.
Boosted, was around 250 in the city and maybe 320 on the highway if I keep my foot out of it.
25+ on freeway.
20- in city.
I was constantly seeing 28 with a tune, but also a bad front o2 sensor. So I am sure I could have seen 35 with a complete tune and no cel.
Also I would only see wot a couple times during that. Usually shifting at 2000-2200 with maybe 15% throttle.
BTW, I never let the Galant go below a quarter tank. So all that was only using 12 gallons instead of all 16.
27 combined with bewst pulls in every on ramp :D

V6, heavy on the gas pedal, city, low 20s, no tune
15 F150 3.5 ecoboost 4x4 - daily driver
01 Galant ES V6 MT (sold)
00 Eclipse RS MT
These numbers, especially Jigz's, are making me soo jelly. I'm between 260 - 300 miles on 13 to 14 gallons, depending on how I drive, which is always fast.

The Eclipse V6's get low 30's with the stick and a stock tune. Seeing that you use the same tranny and weigh the same... (yes the galant and 3g weigh the same). The aero coefficients can't be that different.
I'm sure 35 is possible with a tune and a few breathing mods.
Not through the tank yet, this is only my 3rd tank since the swap. The first 2 tanks I didn't really pay attention to and it was a combined city/hwy. So far this is where I'm at with stock intake/exhaust cali spec so 2 cats on the 2.4
Oh and another thing thats straight city yo! 2000rpm shifts, dem folk behind me are not liking me one bit.
So thats 211 miles with redlights and morning school traffic and traffic from the rest of the 9-5 peeps in palm desert
