Are the holes for the clips the same location as the holes for 8gb?

I believe they are, looking at my grille clips and trying to remember my first Galant's clips, i think they're in the same spot. Don't quote me on that though. If necessary I can take a pic of mine and you can use it to reference.

I've done it before. Just expect a few inches to stick out of a back door window.

    Just layed in the backseat?

It was six years ago, so I can't remember exactly how it was in there. I just remember that I did it. I can't remember if I moved the passenger seat all the way up and leaned forward, or if I moved the passenger seat all the way back and reclined it.

I remember there being a pile of parts, think a bumper was in there too but I don't remember exactly

Could probably slide it thru that little hole in the back seat into the trunk if you wanted to keep it inside the car

Looks like he went passenger front to the back seat...

  15. #495
Yes I've done it a few times too. Passenger front seat pulled all the way forward and then reclined all the way back. Keep the back door closed and slide the bumper the way it is in the picture through the front door and lay the other end on the floor in the front. Doors close without any twisting of the bumper required.

Juicejax - get a dremel and make the grill yourself! Mine is battery powered so it took a little longer (2 or 3 recharges later) but with like 2 hours you'd be done on a wire)
Get a saw blade attachment, notch it like this:

Twist the pieces out with ease, then start grinding them down with a sanding whatever...either a wheel like a grinder uses or they have little sandpaper rolls (I used both, wheel for major chunks and roll to smooth out)

That's when I had to get ready for my date but it's super easy, great way to get some exp with the tools and methods

I've always been told minimum 4 guage and to use audio power wire because its more flexible.
