Is this a window or door issue?

Window channel is probably bent a little. If you close it does it pop out more than the rear door? (The pillar part).

Makes sure it sits flush, if not roll the window down and bend the channel slightly by pulling while pressing your knee against the bottom of the door, sort of the opposite of trying to pry the door open if you were locked out.

I've done this and it seals better and eliminates windnoise and water from seeping in.

But on a side note, a loose side mirror will also give you wind noise.
